The Rules of the Club state that only persons of full age who support the Conservative Party are eligible for membership. The minimum age is 18.
Candidates are required to be proposed and seconded by two existing Members of the Club who have known them for at least two years and who have themselves been members for at least two years. If you wish to apply for membership but are not sure that you know two existing Members, please contact Mary Sharp.
Membership packs are available from the Secretary's office. These may be requested by Members only.

Ladies are eligible for Lady Associate Membership, which entitles them to the full use of all facilities with the following exceptions:
Members' Bar on the ground floor
Members' Dining Room at lunch time
Attendance and voting at General Meetings
Ladies pay a lower subscription and no entrance fee.
Following consideration by the Scrutiny Committee, candidates' names go into the Candidates' Book where they will remain for a minimum of two months before going forward for election by the General Committee.
Upon election to membership the new member will receive a package which includes information on entrance fees and subscriptions, together with information on many other aspects of Club membership
Entrance fees and subscriptions for the current year are due for payment on election. Upon payment of monies due, the new member will receive a card of introduction to our reciprocal clubs around the world, together with a Club Card which enables meals and drinks consumed in the Club to be bought at discounted prices.
