- To select and promote wines to ensure Members and their guests are able to enjoy quality wines. This includes the management of wines to be laid down.
- To determine reasonable prices for wines chosen, within the guidelines laid down by the Finance Committee.
- To monitor the sale of wines within the Club, having regard to the response of Members and to the guidelines laid down by the Finance Committee.
- To suggest and organise appropriate events on the social calendar and to help promote them.
